Account Coordinator

Anson-Stoner is seeking an ambitious, highly talented account coordinator to assist the account executives in delivering exceptional client service. Candidates will provide support for various activities, and possess the ability to work independently, while thriving in a creative, fast-paced agency environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Executives with various project coordination needs, including opening jobs and producing special projects/items for clients
  • Become familiar with products, services, and tactical elements of a marketing plan and how they are used effectively
  • Become acquainted with clients and respective product responsibilities
  • Work jointly with the account team to ensure that requested product modifications (e.g. copy or layout changes) are documented, communicated and implemented
  • In the absence of account group, field requests from client to ensure continuity
  • Participate in the preparation of materials for promotional planning or new business presentations
  • Make arrangements for internal team meetings and client meetings, including opportunities for active participation
  • Review all work orders, revisions, estimates for accuracy and completeness before delivering them to traffic
  • Gain understanding of traffic procedures, including workflow process management, incorporating creative, media, and production components
  • Serve as direct support for account team to ensure produced spots and traffic are delivered efficiently to radio and television stations for all media buys placed
  • Facilitate project needs for both client and agency public relations functions as directed
  • Provide additional support for all internal and client communications

 

Skills Required

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments at one time, with expert attention to detail
  • Mac, specifically Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required – advertising, marketing or business degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional agency support experience or related field experience, such as sales or marketing
