Now heading our accounts management team as Vice President/Client Services, Dan Fotou brings a wealth of branding, marketing, and communications experience with national and international brands, as well as with national non-profit organizations. Having held agency and client positions alike, Dan has worked on both sides of the business and on both sides of the country. His path has taken him from South Florida to Southern California to the Big Apple and back again to Florida.
Dan started his career with the legendary anti-tobacco campaign, Truth, where he led experiential marketing efforts and helped reach over 10,000 teens in the campaign’s launch year. After relocating to New York, he worked on the account management team for Pfizer’s Dentyne Ice and Certs brands at Bates Worldwide. Eventually he moved to MTV Networks, where he managed ad sales and consumer marketing and events initiatives for TV Land/Nick@Nite and The N.
With such a diverse and well-rounded background, Dan sees the big picture and leverages his Bachelor of Psychology degree (he graduated summa cum laude from The City University of New York) to bring a results-driven, collaborative ethos to Anson-Stoner. His vision for the agency is rooted in a strong client-agency partnership with emphasis on growth, research, planning and development, and first-rate project execution.
