The media intern position will work directly with current media strategists and buyers on all day-to-day responsibilities of managing our client’s media efforts. The media intern will assist with planning and procurement of all forms of media, including communication with media vendors and client reporting. Daily responsibilities could include, but are not limited to; assist with flowcharts and placement summaries, conduct market research, collect and organize summaries from media, send out insertion orders and track confirmations, generate paperwork and mange client reporting, coordinate campaign information with traffic and accounting departments.
Candidates should have experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Analytics. Candidate must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be detail oriented, accountable, mature and committed. Must be interested in small agency atmosphere.
