Media Coordinator

Anson-Stoner is seeking a Media Coordinator.  This is an excellent opportunity for a highly-driven individual hungry to learn more about the digital world while working on a variety of interesting accounts. This person will assist in the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of all digital media campaigns.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Research, campaign set-up/vendor orders, daily monitoring, reporting, and media reconciliation.   Candidate needs to be very detail-oriented, highly organized and possess the ability to work with and interpret data.  Strong excel skills are a must.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of all digital campaigns across several platforms such as: Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Assist in planning and managing digital budgets for all clients
  • Report monthly on all platforms utilizing analytics data
  • Keep up to date of industry trends and developments
  • Manage media reconciliation for all channels on a monthly basis
  • Assist the digital and traditional media buyers where needed

Professional Skills/Qualifications:

  • Paid SEM/Social and Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Familiarity with a DSP (DV360) preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Analytical with ability to interpret data
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Experience with Advantage and Strata media software a plus
