After implementing a successful marketing campaign for Planet Fitness clubs locally, Anson-Stoner applied the same model on a national scale. Success repeated itself as new memberships soared to six figures!
The campaign invited people to join Planet Fitness between April 1 and April 7 for just $1 down, along with the low monthly price point of $10. Customers jumped at the offer, resulting in a tremendous increase in new memberships nationwide. For example, the New York market gained 50,000 new members, the Boston area picked up 28,000, and Philadelphia had 21,000 people sign up. The Orlando market gained an additional 14,000 members, bringing them a grand total of 34,000 new memberships since January 1.
The agency is looking forward to our next initiative, as Planet Fitness continues their success as the fastest growing operator of full-size fitness clubs in the U.S.
