			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Subway Restaurants and the Orlando Magic recently teamed up to hold the Kids Get Fit Giveaway, a promotion encouraging kids to make healthier lifestyle choices. </p>
<p>As agency of record for the Central Florida Subway market, Anson-Stoner promoted the sweepstakes utilizing in-store, online, radio and television creative backed by public relations efforts. The PR team secured press for the giveaway throughout the greater Orlando market, including securing interviews on WESH 2 News, Fox 35, and WKMG with Subway’s Jared, as well as garnering coverage online and on local radio stations.  </p>
<p>Sixty lucky winners received two luxury suite tickets to the Orlando Magic vs. Philadelphia 76ers game, where each child and a guest enjoyed complimentary food, plus a meet and greet with Subway&#8217;s Jared and the Orlando Magic Dancers. At halftime, the winners were presented with a basketball signed by Jared and Glen “Big Baby” Davis, as well as a bicycle from David’s World Cycle. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At this year’s 55th annual Adrian Awards gala in New York City, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) presented Anson-Stoner with 13 Adrian Awards, recognizing excellence in advertising, public relations and digital marketing work within the travel, hospitality and tourism industries. Competing with over 50 of the world’s most distinguished advertising agencies, Anson-Stoner came out on top, receiving nine Adrian Awards in the advertising category—more than any other agency. </p>
<p>Notably, within the public relations category, Anson-Stoner received a prestigious Platinum award for Best Feature Placement in a Consumer magazine, recognizing Peter Island Resort &#038; Spa’s 22-page spread in the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. “It was a great moment for Anson-Stoner to win a coveted PR Platinum Award and to compete amongst nationally and internationally recognized PR firms,” states Nina Zapala, Director of Public Relations. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Every year, on December 1st, people gather around the globe for World AIDS Day to honor the continuing fight against HIV and AIDS. But all too often, HIV and AIDS awareness wanes throughout the year. That’s why Anson-Stoner and the Florida Department of Health have teamed up to extend the message of World AIDS Day by launching the Faces of HIV project. The international observance will serve as a springboard for a six-month mobile art exhibit and video series that will help illuminate the human experience of HIV infection. This new initiative showcases the lives of Florida residents living with HIV and AIDS through captivating portraits, insightful interviews and poignant journal entries, revealing the effects of stigmas, personal relationships and care issues associated with being HIV positive.</p>
